not sure if it will help, but check sd card integrity on a computer or another fat32 compatible device and nuke those bunk directories and try again. looks like possible card damage, had directories look like that on the wii through usb loader GX.

backup what you can and format card. if you're able to delete those corrupted directories via shell on wiiu, you should be fine. try agin, all the best.
