guys i need help. after linking my pretendo acount to my wii u, i tryed to get back into my old nintendo account but it told me i had to reenter my password. i do not remember my password and for some reason the forgot password button doesnt work anymore.

Ive already tryed to reset the password on my 3ds but my wiiu doesnt seem to care (sorry about my spelling)
it only does this when you're connected to pretendo network. if you switch to nintendo network, it'll let you in without issue.
You should to switch pretendo network to nintendo network
how?
Click L + Dpad down + Select and will take you to aroma menu then scroll or find pretendo click A on it and it should say pretendo = true, click it and should now be pretendo = false, pres b to return then you should be in nintendo network
