both experiences are amazing but i gotta admit that acnl is more nostalgic and i prefer there the interactions with villagers and the accessibility of playing with people online (my point of view)+

+but if you prefer building, decorating and diversity in clothes and hairstyles acnh may be the one you'd enjoy spending more time in it has its pros and cons like every game, but i spent tons of hours there and i liked it a lot, even though acnl is my favourite of all times :3
