i not played totk, so i prefer botw

Actually thats a hard one, I think I prefer TotK just for the posibilities and the open world, but I also love BotW becauss its beatiful just to enter and take a walk and go on the horse.

I think id have to say totk! but wind waker is my all time fave!!

In the case of botw vs totk, i'd say they're even. botw has infinite modding possibilities, totk has ultrahand and the final battle(yes, really) with Ganondorf. botw was the first of its kind, totk expounded on that.
