TLDR: Nintendo cannot do anything. Guys, nintendo cannot do anything, the pretendo side of the console has no connection to Nintendo or their server. If nintendo takes this into legal territory, we will most likely win. Plus, nintendo is more focused on their newer consoles.

Can anyone fill me in on what exactly this is referring to? Seen people talking about nintendo knowing of pretendo, but cant find the source.
khentendo just stay on the pretendo side and only go to the nintendo side to download game updates + DO NOT DOWNLOAD A SYSTEM UPDATE IF THEIR IS A NEW ONE, YOU WILL BRICK YOUR CONSOLE
