So I Know That You Can Have 800px on 3ds from this hb app called htrviewer but is there any way i can get this for 3ds games (like a plugin or smhn to make this happen) I Wish to know

According to robz, you could use it by changing the code that enables 3D, but so far no one has been able to. It would also likely have performance problems.
