What exactly are you doing? If you want help you gotta go more into detail otherwise nobody can help you out
go to universal updater and download anenome3ds theme manager (you can skip this step if it was preinstalled when you first modded your 3ds. then go to theme plaza on a web browser on a different device and change themes to badges. hover your mouse on the badge sheet you want...
...or tap on it if you are using a mobile device. then open anenome3ds and wait for it to load and then press R on your 3ds to open the qr code scanner and scan the qr code for the badges. wait for them to download and a message will pop up saying "no theme or splash was found...
...is this a badge?" and press a and it will probably open the keyboard to name the badges. then press x and press dpad right to install the badges. but, you will lose all of your badges and if you don' want to lose them, press maybe dpad down to dump your badges and then...
