I've only played BOTW so far, and I want to try more Zelda games. Does anyone have any recommendations for Zelda games I should try first?

Maybe I'm a weirdo for recommending a 2D Zelda game but Link Between Worlds is one of my favorites.
they are honestly all pretty fantastic, but id say you should try wind waker HD next.

Bit late, but I'd really reccomend trying to play at least one 2D Zelda (like A Link to the Past) before going back to 3D to really get a taste of the games base formula in it's most vanilla form and appreciate how much Zelda has evolved by keeping what was best from each game
