Has anyone gotten error codes 118-0502/118-0562 when trying to connect to a multiplayer world? If so, what did you do to fix it?

This error and its variants have also happened to me, the team that is in charge of this has not found definitive solution and the only thing they can do fix the error temporarily by restarting all the servers every Tuesday at 9:00a.m.
Dang, in that case I'll just keep restarting until a miracle happens
