wat games have you been playing recently?

mostly been playing some mario 3d land, i like looking at how early 3ds games use the 3d function

ive been playing umihara kawase ds and its a very fun platformer :) the ds game ports the snes and ps1games

hmm...will look into this cause the name sounds cool

the menus are in japanese but you dont really need them to play it. it also got a sequel on 3ds and is called "yumi's odd oddyssey" but i havent played it yet

woah...talking about ds games ive been playing this dsiware one called picdun, very fun i like it a lot. also im remembering i downloaded a shantae game as a joke but its been sitting in my home menu still in the present and im scared to open it

i just searched it up and it looks interesting. i wanna play shantae too since i hear good things about it. i def feel i like ds games more than 3ds games

shantae is a weird series to me. they call her 007: 0 mentions, 0 relevance, 7 gazillion not all-ages appropriate content. also i feel as if im more attached to 3ds games but that may be due to bias...

wayforward (shantae creator) also has other kinda lewd games hehe :] mighty milkyway and mighty flip champs both for dsi. they also have mighty switch force 1 and 2 on 3ds. ive tried milkyway and switchforce and theyre pretty fun!

i feel that the ds had more unique and varied games. tho i cant deny 3ds has better 1st party games. i do like the social features on 3ds a lot too. i want to get a dsi xl to have the best ds gaming experience

i only know their ds and 3ds games that i listed but im pretty sure they also remastered switchforce on switch lool

i used to want to get a 2ds xl but i was REALLY dissapointed with it. the hinges are doo doo fart

2ds xl has quite a bit of problems.. ive heard ppl talk about it feeling cheap, it not having holes for wriststraps/charms, and the speaker being on the bottom where your hands rest. i do want to try out a normal 2ds tho. it looks comfy

2ds is clunky as hell but damn do i love it for that...my fucked up daughter ★

the 3ds i want most is a o3ds xl mostly for drawing purposes. but ive heard that the hinges on it are pretty weak :(

unrelated but i feel nintendo shouldve kept the dsi volume buttons instead of slider.. always accidentally putting to max! plus they couldve kept the holding select to change the brightness with the volume buttons. it just is more convenient and less annoying.

have this problem too but with the 3d slider, i look up and suddenly my eyes are completely dazed...also the brightness thing reminds me of how godmode9 changes its brightness

that too!! the slider on mine is super loose and i accidentally push it when i turn on wifi for streetpass when its closed
