i basically need help, every time someone gets added in my friend list, but everytime they go online, i can't understand what they're playing or what they're doing. pls help ;-;

mcafee and norton are the worst viruses ever
they might have the 'show others what your playing' setting turned off or if its homebrew apps, 3ds dont show certain icons and will say a message beside it, not the app title
