classicube runs so much better on n3ds than regular minecraft its genuinely insane i get that theyre based on completely different codebases but still .. i was Not expecting cc to be anywhere near as smooth as it is

Firstly, cc runs on old 3DS too, and I'd say it runs ok. Secondly, Minecraft for N3DS was ported really poorly. Neither Mojang nor the other company cared a lot about it probably. I just wonder why did they make it so late in the 3DS'es lifespan.
i think mojang & other ocean did a haphazardly porting job because they were probably focusing on bedrock edition, since n3ds edition released only a week before the better together update (and in europe, a full 3 months after bedrock came to the switch)
