Hear me out, Why can we not play 3DS Games on the Wii U yet? It has More power, Two screens, And all the buttons it needs for the New 3DS as well! Why have we not done it?!

I don't think it's powerful enough to run a 3DS emulator. It's not just "running" a game.
because it takes years, wii u platform for ports and mods is mainly abandoned, current 3ds emulators are more demanding than the weak wii u hardware which has as much power as ps3/x360. its better off with ports but it takes just as long to decompile and in the long run not worth
more money

the cpu is garbage on the wii u
just because its more powerful does not mean it can emulate 3ds
Actually you can by using NTRview it allows you to have the 3DS screen on the Wii U but it lags and you have to restart it everytime when you want to play a different game
