can you be more specific? are you stating that it asks for those two things when you connect to your ip address on your 3ds only? because if thats the case than just ignore that and click 'ok'
aren't they like optional? if not try using this app:AndFTP
okay so you don't actually need a username and password, also, i recommend using a computer instead
