How do I get Pretendo Miiverse on new 3DS? I have Nimbus but it says an error occurred

Check if game patching is enabled in Luma3DS settings. While turning it on, hold down select.
@Olek I have enabled it, but it still gives the error.
few things 1. be specific. "An error has occured" is not specific. please include the specific error code. 2. please do not use juxt for support. people can give bad advice here. if you have pretendo related isdues, please go to the forum or discord.
