finally got pretendo and immediately went to art ofc (just had to crash out over region changing from kor to us) why do korean 3ds have to have no nnid:,)))

I thought there was no internet and stuff in Korea?
North Korea has very limited internet access but South Korea's internet is a lot more free (although even that's still limited compared to other countries).
