yup, happened to me. Go into rosalina menu, go to Process list, press on fs, a, down dpad, a again, then b a couple times, if it doesnt work select loader instead of fs, then, pm, sm, etc etc. hope this works ★★☆☆★★♪♪

i think i did but it was on a old computer that was wiped

It's a problem with the SD card's title.db. Go to Data Management -> Nintendo 3DS -> Software -> Reset. You'll have to reinstall the homebrew apps using the finalize script in GodMode9.

First, make sure [A:] SYSNAND SD is highlighted (text appearing white) Press both R+A and then search for files. Search for *tmd and you'll get all titles. Press L+R to highlight all tmds and select TMD options... and then press "Build CIA (standard)" and wait for it to complete.

The thing I recommand to do when your 3DS will be ok, is to make a nand backup using GodMode 9 and after, to put your backup files to a cloud drive (iCloud, Onedrive, Google Drive, etc.) or on a USB drive.

That's because title.db is corrupted. You have to reset it within the data management in order to reinstall your apps again.

sometimes i wonder 2 things: why is the titleid so unstable and 2, why doesnt godmode9 have a feature to rebuild the titleID
