I used savemii mod wut port and copied the save from my original NNID account to the one with PNID. The Network usernames are different, but the Mii usernames are the same. Is that a problem or am I missing something else?

Ah found it! Install nimble in the correct folder, open the aroma plugin overlay menu and in inkay choose BOSS settings and reset. That fixed it.
