You can ask for a dump somewhere or download directly from nintendo's servers with a homebrew app whose name i shall not mention because well... It can be used to pirate games soooooo easily Go on google to find the tool or ask around for a dump :D

The homebrew-app-that-downloads-games does have YouTube in the list, but it's the beta version and thus won't compatible with the GiveMiiYouTube plugin. You'll have to find the app dump by yourself, but it's pretty easy...
