Theres a plugin for 3ds called Netpass. you can get it through the universal updater and it works as streetpass would. set your location and whenever you put your 3ds ib sleep mode it "Emulates" streetpass via the internet. I got some tomodachi life campers via netpass. Enjoy! =]

Turn on streetpass and take a long walk until you find a mii which has tomdachi life and ta-da! You have your own camper!
