Fair enough if it's for hard modding, but for soft modding it's borderline scamming.
Unless you need tools you don't want to buy why not bother doing it yourself
Soft modding services is kinda a waste of time tbh like all u need is a SD or USB I do like modding myself since u can ask for help & you can learn alot.
