im asssuming for storing wii u games, you dont need an ssd a hdd is fine but you need a USB Y cable to use it, i think mine is like 512 gb
I just used a Samsung Portable SSD i had lying around. Sure it's 1TB but at least it was easier to find than some dinky Y cable.
