I'm not great at explaining things but if you have a modded Wii U, SD caffeine, a way to back up and restore your save file and if I'm remembering correctly splathax on your pc. Then you need to go to gamebanana look up splatoon, get rival unpatch, shadow in splatoon mod

and follow the directions and put the folders where they belong. Also, make sure to use splathax to edit your save that you would back up to have your character as gender 2, which is the octoling and restore your edited save before you start up the game
