if pretendo gives you this notification, it's all done with virtual console. If you have a USA copy of Smash 64 you can patch Remix on it and then use an injector to basically make it playable on Wii U.

I'm sure if you search 'Smash Remix Wii U virtual console' on google you'll for sure find the resource I used. Youtube and GBA temp were big helpers here
