Kids today can't see the true value of retro games.Most of them just play Roblox/Fortnite filled with Microtransactions.They don't see the Scam thats going on until those servers are turned off.Then all those skins they put their money into just disappear.Retro has the Full game.
on a Disk/Cartridge. no fancy graphics needed. I'm glad i grew up at the time to appreciate such things. I just talked to someone who gifted two GBAs with pokemon games. they never appreciated the gift given last christmas. I would've appreciated that gift at such a young age.
In the end. as long as one person can see the true value of gaming. as art from a bygone era thats cherished today. not something that can be taken away with a flip of a switch. then not all hope is lost.
