what does that do?
It lets you use skimpier bikinis for Lin I think and enables the breast slider, but the latter requires some extra tweaks. So not a lot, but the same patcher can also replace English dub with Japanese VA, and that's nice.
Jokes on you, idc about not having skimpy clothes for a 15 year old. Be weird yourself by all means but its not a must have for normal people.
