are public custom races lobbies broken? i want to play on 200cc and when i find a lobby i get stuck on the loading screen. is this just a me problem or are other people experincing this?

i get that issue as well i thought that was only me, i got it working a few days ago by doing 200cc frantic mode and only 1 other person was playing while the rest were bots
