Heres an Idea when pretendo network is enabled in nimbus I think that the 3DS should allow use to create a PNID from Nintendo Network settings with pretendo COC as the the agreement.

for me creating one gives me a failed to link so I assume its not implemented yet?
Just switch to Nintendo Network, then back to Pretendo Network, and try again'
have you got it to work for you? cus when I tried it it failed to work claiming link failed.

It fails for me its probly my 3DS or something... not sure why it hates me. I probly need to contact a pretendo mod about this issue.
