hey do you still have that problem with your mario kart 7 ? and if you still have it check if the mk7 is on ver1.1 if is on 1.1 go to hshop updates and search the mk7 update for your region after you finish the update in the mk7 you should see ver 1.2 qnd that's it you can play ;
