Why not just a regular 2DS?

the regular 2ds has a slower clock rate, homebrew/games will run slower. and you can't play those 15 "New 3DS" games

you can give it modded, just make sure all homebrew is 3dsx, except for maybe h***p, and delete homebrew launcher and fbi before giving
