Spectral arrows first added in Minecraft Java 1.9 were planned to be added to the Wiiu Edition but were eventually canceled but still remains in the gamefiles as an unobtainable item. It can be fired with a bow/dispenser and leaves a partical trail behind. it has no other effect.
