Well, the 3DS can easily be modded, and I'm stilling modding my Switch, so I'd say 3DS.

Maybe i'm just broke, but the switch is turning less and less appealing to me, my only real reasons to own one would be splatoon, and kirby, and warioware, and as far i've seen, i wouldn't be comfortable checking the eshop's recent releases

i definitely like my 3ds more, it has so many games i like on it and its much more portable. the switch is basically a home console for me
