Is this a bug? I just wanted to label my Mining Shack. I can't tell if this is on the Pretendo end or the game itself. Also this is in singleplayer.

EDIT: The sign just repeats "Censored" and isn't letting me write anything.
its not a bug its a feature, you can turn it off somewhere in the setting idk remember where but I have it turned off on my copy.
Its because gamechat is off if you go into the options, audio & then you see the gamechat isn't ticked
