Is there any modern 3ds homebrew browsers I can use? Or if not, would someone have to create there own?

Assuming youre talking about internet browsers, unfortunately I dont believe so. Im pretty sure the 3ds is too weak to load and run modern websites
I guess it does make sense giving how little ram the 3ds has. I'm guessing the only other way to get a modern browser on the 3ds is to have most web pluggins on a server side.
