You can do custom skins for 3ds. idk bout WiiU.
if you use tiramisus version of ftpiiu then you can use a program on your computer called PCK Studio to add custom skin packs (just look at a guide to make the skin packs)
why tira? aroma has sdcafiine too y'know
at least from what i've tried sdcaffienne doesn't work
