is a wii u worth it? im on my 3ds and the fact that the wii u isnt really portable is why i got a 3ds instead, aswell as how chunky the wii u gamepad is

i think it is! the wii u can be modded to play wii, n64, gba, snes, etc. and the online services are more advanced than 3ds
there's not as much in the way of homebrew as the 3ds though, i'd use it as the home cinema i used to use it for back when those services were available, but alas…
the wii u deserves more i belive it is nintendos BEST console besides the wii
wii u gamepad is one of the best controllers that i ever used
Together with your tv, it's a giant 3ds at home. Has lots of great games too. I'd certainly recomend it and I don't think the gamepad is that clunky, it lays good in your hands and easy to get used to.
