I need help with my bottom 3DS screen, it is fuzzy and the colors are muted but the touch works fine and it looks like a hardware issue.

If you use Luma3DS' Rosalina Menu. L+DOWN+SELECT, Check your screen filters and make sure they are at default warmth. IDK Otherwise.
