I've encountered a problem. My Wii U and 3DS suddenly stopped working online in games and Wara Wara Plaza on Wii U, and restarting doesn't help. Jux and Internet are working fine, so it's unlikely that Pretendo is broken. What could be the cause, and any ideas on how to fix it?
