what are they doing? driving max speed, teleporting...?
@Manteca well... continuous 200cc, even wnen hit, Star power w/o itembox, immediately go reverse, 99999VR, without shame. it's just freaking sad ppl would still cheat against 2 or 3 other ppl max (as of now)
all this on 3ds, in mariokart 7... so this is why it's obvious, there's no default speed as 200cc there...
