if your 2ds xl has pretendo, maybe try connecting to nintendo servers then again to pretendo and make sure you have the newest version of luma

i had to use my other pretendo acc (this is on my new 2ds xl btw the blue border and black one)

so im not banned on my other acount on my new 2ds. because i can play online i just cant accsess miivrse
