I didd a ful restarrt of Wii Uu And GAmePad, lagging eEvn mre, PLESEE HELPPPPPP!!! PAPAYA HUD SAYYS 35fps but its worsse i swear!

so sorry but it seems your wii u might be dead.
@Charlotte It's back to normal now and when the GamePad was freaking out the TV looked perfectly fine. The problem probably was a broken Homebrew called Video Input Changer.
Also, 45fps was the fps of the console while installing a 10GB game whit WUDD. The GamePad FPSs was 2.4 lol
it still lags a bit but who cares
