he looks real...is this glitch intentional or accidental?

the glitch is an oversight by the game devs,you can trigger it on the hylia lake bridge by going into one of the openings on the side of the bridge towers

That's what the console renders at all times and then the cel-shader is put on top. These models look like super realistic wax models to me which is impressive for a Wii U game.
