You can unlock more, beat cups on 150cc, finish the game on any difficulty and i forget the other unlock conditions. Good luck!

You should try CTGP-7, adds lotta characters like Waluigi, Custom Tracks, new game modes and online support (maybe more complete than Pretendo's?...) and more!
