So I looked sonic mania plus wii u and if you're lucky to see the plus (or regular sonic mania either on github or internet archive) install the zip then place the RSDK in the root then place the app in wii u/apps and guessing you're mainly env is aroma you're all done! -->

if you're mainly using tiramisu use the download app (i don't remember the name and im currently in a game and i cant go to the home menu)
