earlier today i got on splatoon and the squid sisters told me about ranked. this has never happened to me b4, except for the initial tutorial(i'm not an upgraded pnid user). i then tried turf war(this never worked b4 either), but it pulled up and worked. it doesn't work now. why?

dang. sorry, i was just looking around in [CENSORED] and i turned on the Offline->Online function. lets me in now.
now it won't start the countdown for the "searching for teammates" screen, and the stage names are in a different language. help!
