WAIT. That exact thing happened to me, like I also wanted to add migmig but I couldn't (that was like 2-3 months ago) Now some days ago I found him in a match, and my friend list just started working out of nowhere so I sent them a friend request but he hasn't accepted yet :(
I think his PNID is "marina.petit" (without the "") if you want to try to add them
