i don't know why, but people still didn't make a 3ds client for wii u, and i think it's very possible
3DS Emulation is difficult to do on weaker hardware such as the Wii U. If you have a semi-decent PC you can emulate the game with Citra.
I already tried emulation but unfortunately my pc sucks
