that's funny because i have the official timeline explained book from nintendo right here. the official timeline is: skyward sword, minish cap, four swords, ocarina of time. it then splits into 3 separate timelines: the hero is defeated, and the child and adult timelines of

the hero is triumphant. defeat: link to the past, oracle series, link's awakening, legend of zelda(the og nes game) adventure of link. child: majora's mask, twilight princess, four swords adventures. adult: wind waker, phantom hourglass, spirit tracks. then there's botw and totk.

*comma after legend of zelda but before adventure of link, they're 2 separate games*

I really like skyward sword but the general consensus is that every other 3D one is better. A link between worlds and majoras mask 3d (with a patch) are both fantastic.
