find a mod loader and put your mods there
it depens if ur on a 3ds or wii u, but i'll just give you wii u 1. get mods (use gamebanana for better mods) 2. install SDCaffine 3. put your mods in the designated location in yoyr SD card 4. load SDCaffine from the hb launcher (it will take you back to the launcher) then
