SA1 has more charm imo

Personally prefer SA1 for a myriad of reasons. Feels like there's overall more variety visually, from stages and enemy designs. Also prefer how Sonic controls, he feels more reliable. Plus I find the aesthetics more appealing

gotta say, i agree with you all. i love both dearly and while i think sa2 is better made as a game sa1 is just more fun for me in general.
